How it Works
- Order Induction – Orders are placed onto the induction module for processing.
- Precision Scanning – Barcodes identify each order for 100% accuracy.
- Cubing & Sizing – Advanced technology measures and determines the perfect box dimensions.
- Cardboard Input – Corrugated board is automatically fed from the fanfold channel.
- Precision Cutting & Scoring – Plotter cuts and creases the flat blank to exact size.
- Box Formation & Filling – The box is folded, items are inserted, and the box is sealed using low-impact hot melt glue.
- Labelling & Dispatch – Integrated print-and-apply labelling readies the parcel for shipment.
