How It Works – A High-Level Workflow
- Prescription Arrival
Repeat prescriptions are sent to the central hub either from retail pharmacies or directly by patients. - Stock Management
The facility handles both ‘Top 1,200 items’ via Stock Keeping RobotCells and non-stock items via SorterCells. - Automated Dispensing
Each RobotCell fills up to 600–700 scripts/hour. SorterCells handle lower-volume or non-stock items with similar speed. - Collation & Labelling
All picked items are scanned, verified and collated for labelling. RoboLabel Stations print, apply and bag each script with precise automation. - Distribution Sorting
Orders are grouped for delivery to pharmacies or dispatched directly to patients depending on the model used.
