The SD20 is Peppermint Robotics’ most compact and versatile autonomous floor scrubbing robot, purpose built to raise cleanliness standards in manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, airports, public venues, hotels, schools, and corporate offices.
Driven by Peppermint OS, the SD20 navigates safely through busy spaces, delivers data rich performance insights, and runs for up to 4 hours per charge—all in a footprint small enough for tight corridors and congested areas.
How the SD20 Works
- Autonomous mapping & path planning – Peppermint Path Planner V2 supports “Border & Fill” or “Teach & Repeat” set ups for rapid deployment.
- Smart navigation & safety – Dual Lidars, depth cameras, ultrasonic sensors, and 360° safety logic keep people, fixtures, and inventory protected.
- Efficient scrubbing & drying – A 43 cm scrubbing head and 50 cm squeegee leave floors dry and slip free.
- Cloud connected insights – Real time alerts, utilisation data, and maintenance logs are available via the Peppermint Services Dashboard (SMS / email notifications included).
