pbService has a substantial stock-holding in South Africa of spare parts and offers competitive service level agreements, which are flexible and customisable, to minimise customer downtime. The division also offers on-site support services, where resources are placed on customer premises for the ultimate in business continuity. Support calls can be logged directly with any of the service departments, either telephonically or via the internet. pbService’s intelligent systems monitor all activities, keeping track of all incidents logged to ensure service levels are met at all times.
