Eliminate the need to separate high page count work.The auto gapping folder eliminates the need to separate low page count work from high page count, and auto adjusts for each collation, resulting in greater up time. The auto gapping folder also produces better finished fold quality of inserted materials. The gapping folder can be configured with new systems or retrofitted to your system at your location.
Booklet feeder
Support the widest variety of different insert types on one feeder.Process a wider range of inserts from single panel to booklets up to 3.8" thick with our universal friction feeder, that offers 5x the material capacity than other feeders, creating greater workcell efficiency. The unique dual scanning capability allows you to scan barcodes located on either side of the paper. *The booklet feeder can be retrofitted to most Epic inserting systems.
Heavies divert bin
Improve the seal and envelope quality of thicker mail pieces.Designed to maintain the integrity of the seal on thick and flat envelopes, our enhanced design lifts the deck out of the way, allowing the mail piece to drop directly into the bin, therefore reducing jams and system stoppages, and increasing production time.
